We haven't been out of the country for many years, mostly due to Covid and we were dealing with a lot of stress. We walked into a local travel agency, happy in knowing we had a chance to spend time together away on vacation. We were treated horribly and in complete shock when told to just book ourselves. I knew our particular trip was going to be confusing one to book, but we didn't expect such rude customer service and unwillingness to help. When we left we started to lose hope. Luckily we found Wendy through a google search and she was very friendly and more than willing to help. Whether or not we got the flight all we wanted was some guidance since we do not deal with flights on a daily basis and not that knowledgeable with it.
Thanks to Wendy for booking this trip for my wife and I. My wife will get to see her Dad, maybe one more last time, and he will even get the chance to see his grandchild for the first time - that's one of the most amazing things!

I wish to thank Wendy Graham-Madeira at TravelOnly by Wendy Graham-Madeira, for making arrangements, for my daughter, and son, and me, for a two weeks vacation at the Riu Palace Resort, in Aruba. Not only that, but making reservations, for a night at the Sandman Hotel in Toronto, including parking for two weeks, and also parking for my kids, at the Park and Fly.
The Riu Palace was great, with delicious variety of foods, and Ala Carte at Japanese, Italian, Steak House, and Fusion. Also excellent rooms, with room service, and a beautiful big pool, for Pool Aerobics, with excellent service, at the Pool Bar. There was also great Nightly Entertainment, different every night. The town was also close by, to shop during the day, and streets full of live bars, at night.
We had access at the sister Riu Antilles Resort, next door, which had Foam Parties, and also a disco, for great dancing. The beach was excellent, with Beach Parties, and the ocean was great for safe swimming, and also fishing, and the weather was great throughout, Sunny and Hot.
I would recommend this resort, to anyone who is looking for a great place to spend your vacation, which will be worth, to spend your money, and I myself would go there again. It was one big party resort.

We used to book our own travel, but jumping back into travel post-pandemic just seemed complicated. We booked a European Scenic River Cruise with Wendy Graham-Madeira at TravelOnly in 2022 and could not be happier that we did. Wendy handled all the questions that we had thoroughly and efficiently. When we did have travel glitches (airline pilot strike) at the end of our vacation, we were able to relax while Wendy helped us get the answers we needed to rearrange flights.

We booked a trip to Cuba with Wendy. Before departure she messaged me wishing us a great trip and wished Julia a happy birthday! Half way thru, she messaged me to make sure everything was good and asked if I needed her to contact the resort for anything. Finally, We came home to a nice little surprise, a "Welcome Home" card! The booking process was great, no headaches and no stress!

Wendy was absolutely amazing, in a time when travelling was a bit suspect she was there to make sure all of our worries were taken care of.

5 stars isn’t enough for an agent who goes above and beyond any and all expectations like Wendy did.
My husband and I had 2 trips planned quickly , on the fly. Both vacations during COVID (which is not for the faint of heart for agent or client)
I highly recommend Wendy. She is professional and punctual. Always available and always working for you! You feel like you can just sit back and enjoy your upcoming trip. Just pick the place and she will do the rest!
